* The couple involved in a limited divorce loses the privilege of living together but the marriage is not dissolved. The married status of the parties is not altered. It is simply decided that they are separated and that the laws of limited divorce will govern over their situation.

No Fault Divorce

* No fault divorce is the simplest of the divorce laws in the USA. Simply put, it means that no one is at fault for the divorce and that the marriage will be dissolved accordingly.
